	Search Instructions
	Our innovative search of the Northwest Multiple Listing Service is simple and fun to use. It is based on setting your search parameters using the simple "Slide" instead of the out dated text box. THE BASICS The first step is to set the area you want to search. In the upper right tab, above the map, type in the name of the city, zip code or MLS #, if known. Next, on the left side of the map click on the arrow pointing to the particular parameter you want to set and the slides will drop down. Use the slides to adjust the minimum and maximum parameter. Leave the drop downs in place for easy monitoring of what parameters you are using. Once the parameters are set simply click on "Search". On the map, green balloons will pop up showing the location of the property that is within your search parameters. Click on the balloon to see the particulars about the property. On the left side the properties will appear in whatever order you want them. You can, also, select how you want the properties display by clicking on the "Results" tab. Top to bottom by price, size, bedrooms or however you want it. Scroll over the balloon and a pop up will appear to show a picture of the property and the basic information. If you want more pictures and details, click on the pop up or the balloon and a detail page will appear. Once you are done with the property detail, click on the "Map" tab at the top of the detail page and you will return to the balloon map. SIGN UP & STAY INFORMED Now the best part of our new search program. You can stay informed, via email alerts, of the type of property you are searching for. Simply click on "Get Listing Updates, Save Favorites and More" at the top of the map. Fill in the form and you will be kept informed as soon as a property comes on the market that is within your search parameters. FIND OUT MORE If you see a property you like and either need more information or want to take a look at, let us know. There are several ways to get a hold of us. The best way is to scroll over and click on the agents name above the map and select the agent you want to work with. Click on their email address and send a message. They will get back to you right away. The old fashion telephone call will work, too!
